Apricot Chicken

This is so easy and tasty. The sauce is sweet and I like to serve it with egg rolls and mixed veggies.

4 Chicken Breast
8 oz Catalina Dressing
1 cup Apricot jam
1 Pkg dry onion soup

Place Chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve over white or brown rice.
