Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

This is just about the easiest thing you can make. Plus it is aromatic and delish! Healthy, however, it is not - nothing yummy ever is!

1 packet dry italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of cream cheese
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders

Mix dressing, soup and cream cheese together. Place chicken in the crock pot and pour mixture over the chicken. Cook. Serve over rice. You could also add veggies if you wanted to make it more casserole-esque!

This is also really yummy over egg noodles. And to make it a bit more figure-friendly, you can do the fat free soup and cream cheese.

My favorite way to make this recipe is actually to substitute about a cup of sour cream for the cream of chicken soup. I like the flavor better and it isn't quite so rich. :)
